產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
1．構造簡(jiǎn)單：?jiǎn)?dòng)、停止時(shí)不需要特別的程序，因構造零部件少，運轉、維修管理非常容易。
2．高效脫水性能：與目前其他系列脫水機相比，能得到更低的含水率的脫水濾餅。可通過(guò)對機器轉速、進(jìn)泥量、出口進(jìn)口壓力的調節，調整濾餅的含水率很容易。
3．大范圍處理量：因增加脫水單元容易，可從單元脫水增加到6個(gè)單元脫水，所以能對應大范圍處理量。
4．動(dòng)力小，能耗低：因機體的旋轉速度緩慢（0.5~1.5轉/分鐘），所需動(dòng)力也很小，每小時(shí)3-8立方污泥處理量的主機電耗只需2.2千瓦/小時(shí)。
5．自動(dòng)控制系統：機器運行從絮凝藥劑溶解到污泥混合攪拌及污泥積壓過(guò)濾，整個(gè)處理系統采用自動(dòng)控制系統控制，操作簡(jiǎn)便，可減少操作人員，提高工作效率。
6．結構緊湊，占地少：機器的本體直徑（金屬圓盤(pán)過(guò)濾器直徑）最大為600mm，加之設計中結構緊湊，主機機體小，安裝方便，所占工作場(chǎng)地小。
7．密閉構造：全密閉的構造，污泥臭氣不會(huì )外泄，實(shí)施污泥臭氣對策容易，作業(yè)環(huán)境良好。
8．維持管理容易：因本體的旋轉速度緩慢，運行平穩，構造簡(jiǎn)單，零部件少等特點(diǎn)，日常維護、保養成本較低。
9．沖洗水量少：金屬制過(guò)濾器孔堵塞現象少，沖洗水量少。本機可采用回水沖洗，既可節約水資源，又可防止水資源的二次污染。
